Bugling Bull Game Call Co

Hello,

I was just going to send in a photo to you of an elk I took on the westside of WA.  After many years of perseverance I was finally able to seal the deal after many close calls.  I was using one of your mouth reeds as well as your grunt tube, although it is probably 5 years old.  Anyway the first year I was getting into calling you took some time with me at an outdoors show in Puyallup maybe 6 or 7 years ago and I just wanted to say thanks for the encouragement, you seemed like a really down to earth genuinely good guy.  Thanks Rockie!  Good Luck hunting this year!

Here is a N Idaho bull I shot on the 25th using the select "A" bull and mellow yellow calls. I was fortunate enough to have my 8 year old son Aaron standing right next to me. He made the 1 1/2 mile trip in and out 3 times.

"Rocky,  I've met you here in Tacoma where I get Doug to do all my bow work at Great Northwest.  I've been using your bully tube and diaphragms for a few years learning the language.  It finally came together this last saturday when I called in a big 5x5 near Mineral.  Thanks for the great tube (not as tinny sounding as many other tubes).  I called in the bull past my friend Darren who missed His opportunity to draw.  The bull was more intent on beating me up as I had used a young bull bugle along with as hot cow call on the brown raging bull diaphragm.  Thanks so much for an awesome set of calls.  The hours of practice paid off as I could concentrate on the Bull's attitude and make the right call.  He walked away after my arrow went through both lungs and laid down in 5 seconds about 40 yards away.  sorry the pic is a little grainy but we only had cell phones with us 3 miles up. Again, thanks for a true sounding bugle with a nice variety of great tones."
